Job Responsibilities

• Perform driving duties for Top Management.
• Perform dispatch duties for office colleagues as and when required.
• Ensure vehicle is well-maintained and clean at all times.
• Carry out routine inspection and maintenance checks to ensure that vehicle is in good condition at all times Report any incident occurred including spotting of dents/ scratches of the car.
• Utilise navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• Observe all safety, traffic rules and regulations at all times.
• Take on ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
• Possess valid Singapore class 3 driving license with good driving skills, cautious and responsible.
• 1 rest day per week, rest day is not fixed.
• Due to job nature, working hours may not be fixed.
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Good time management and organising skills.
• To be on standby and responsive to calls.
• Conduct professionally when performing duties as a personal driver.
• Good driving record.
• Able to speak English and Chinese (To liaise with Chinese speaking top management).
  

The Role:

• Check the functionality and safety conditions of the vehicle and its components according to the document of vehicle dispatch control (e.g. brakes, lighting parts, tires, trailer and spare wheel)
• Perform electronic waste collection in the various premises as directed
• Communicate with supervisor on the residents or customers' feedback
• Ensure the truck cleanliness before and after the daily collection
• Compliance with corporate and legal compliance with Quality, Environment, Safety and Health objectives and/or regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Class 4 driving licence
• 1-2 years of experience driving trucks
• Willing to work on occasional weekends whenever there are collection events at various locations
• Monday to Friday, office hour, limited OT given.
