Job Responsibilities

• Manage shipment documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to facilitate seamless customs clearance
• To co-ordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks)
• Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangement
• Resolving any issue or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process

Role Overview:

Our client is currently looking for a Class3 drover at a Japanese Trading company.

Location: West Area (They have a company bus from Jurong East MRT)

Position: Class 3 driver

Key Responsibilities:

・Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all goods.

・Conduct quality and quantity checks prior to collection for delivery.

・Organise and neatly label all stocks inside the truck.

・Maintain the warehouse area and equipment, ensuring they are secure, clean, tidy, and in good condition.

・Keep the truck clean through regular inspections.

・Arrange periodic inspections and servicing for the truck.

・Be available for standby duties on weekends and public holidays.

・Perform delivery operations to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.

・Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

・Minimum 1-2 years of experience

・Able to work in warehouse environment

・2 Operate MHE equipment such as forklift, reach-truck, pallet jack, trolley.

・Have class 3 driving and a forklift license
