Responsibilities:
- Give all local and regional clients with after-sales technical support.
- Provide clients technical guidance and suggestions to address problems
- Oversee the prompt and efficient provision of on-site, phone, email, and other remote technical assistance to customers for all products.
- Establish a clear communication channel within the internal team for issue reporting and follow up closely of the solutions with clients.
- Foster open communication channels with headquarters and subsidiary companies.
- Develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams, tailored to their specific roles and responsibilities.
- Utilize both theoretical and practical training methods to ensure a thorough understanding of product functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with the QA team to define testing procedures and criteria. Ensure that the QA team is well-equipped to perform Factory Acceptance Testing, Interface Factory Acceptance Testing, and Site Testing effectively.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of quality engineering experience working in manufacturing environment.
- Willing to travel
