• Identify trends (issues / challenges) from fleet’s structural and machinery maintenance and / or operations. Assist technical department in designing/ developing and implementation of mitigating/ preventive measures.
• Assist the Technical Superintendent / Fleet Manager in any major breakdown till its rectification and completion of Root cause analysis.
• Contribute and support company’s (SIMS) R&D team for technical projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualification should be at least a in Naval Architecture or Maritime Safety.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in shipping in a position of increasing responsibility for New Building, Ship Repairs / modifications, Dry Docking, including a minimum of eight (8) years in the shipbuilding.

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and independent candidates to join us a Delivery Driver in the Catering industry! A catering driver is responsible for transporting food, beverages, tingkat and related items to various events, venues, or clients' locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, customer service abilities, and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering orders.

Responsibilities:

• Report to and assist the Operations Manager with the entire catering operations.
• Responsible for safe, efficient transportation and delivery of customer catering orders and practice safe food handling procedures at all times.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to minimize travel time and ensure timely delivery of catering orders. Manage time effectively to handle multiple deliveries or pickups within designated timeframes.
• Loads and unloads equipment and food on and off catering vans.
• Checks order sheets while loading catering van to ensure all equipment, food and supplies being sent are correct.
• Adhere to established procedures and protocols for food safety, sanitation, and the handling of catering items. Maintain precise records of deliveries,including customer signatures, delivery times and any discrepancies from the original order. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies related to the transportation and delivery of food and beverages.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• Min 1 years of experience in related industry.
• We are looking for applicants who are Singaporean residents.
• Must have a Singapore Class 3 driving license or Class 2A or 2B
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills to converse with customers.
• Able to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
• Able to start immediately

1. Main duties (Warehouse)
Plan the information flow for end-to-end warehouse processes from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution and storage.

• Review areas in logistics operations where technology can enhance processes.
• Review cargo consolidation plans to identify savings in space, cost and efficiency.
• Review latest technology trends for application to logistics business.
• Select and deploy material handling systems.
• Develop warehouse planning methods.
• Entry in and out stocks
• liase with outsource supplier and vendors
  
  2. Secondary Duties ( Driver)
  Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations
• Arrive at destinations on schedule
• Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
• Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
• Interact with clients professionally at all times
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
• Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
• Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date

Our client is from Oil and Gas industry. They are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler (E&I) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties:

• Plan and schedule daily maintenance tasks for Electrical & Control assets.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, HSSE, Production, and Jetty Operations teams on work requests and permits.
• Liaise with authorities for natural gas equipment maintenance approvals.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for site surveys and work execution.
• Ensure validity of Method of Statement and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of E&I experience in Oil and Gas Industry or any relevant industry.
