Job Description

• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM, Alternate Saturdays half day)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment schedules, bookings, and document preparation required for international shipping (air, sea, and road transport).
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking shipments, processing orders, and providing quotes.
• Work closely with customs brokers to help clear goods through customs, providing necessary documentation and information as needed.
• Monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination, proactively communicating any delays and managing client expectations.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to enhance their logistics experience.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Strong understanding of sea export, sea import, warehousing, and trucking operations.
• In-depth knowledge of customs requirements, import and export procedures, and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in tracking and monitoring vessel movements.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
