This role involves managing sea export, sea import, warehousing, and trucking activities, including creating bookings in the company's freight forwarding system and handling complete sets of import and export shipping documents. Responsibilities include monitoring pre-alert documents, tracking vessel schedules, addressing customer inquiries, and liaising with multiple stakeholders such as warehouses, carriers, trucking services, and customs. The position also involves sourcing service provider rates, coordinating sales leads, ensuring compliance with customer SOPs, preparing internal SOPs, invoicing, and generating reports. Additional tasks include providing problem-solving solutions for shipments and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with incoterms and triangle shipments
• Familiar with custom requirements, import and export procedures.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years working experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Diploma in Freight Forwarding / Logistics is preferred.
• Proficient in Ms Office (excel)

Location: Gul Road (Company Transport pick up at Boon Lay MRT)

Job Responsibilities :

* Assist the Logistics Executive in daily warehouse operations

* Prepare Delivery Orders (DO)

* Coordinates shipments (Inbound/Outbound) and deliveries

* Liaise with freight forwarders for booking of shipments

* Assist in procurement related matters (purchasing of wooden pallets etc)

* Other operational ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.

Job Requirements :

* Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or any related fields

* PC literate and proficient in MS Office

* Good working attitude and coordination skills

* Able to work independently as well as a good team player
