Job Scope:
• Responsible for complete TSP process
• Accountable for monthly / annually department spent within budget
• Establish close collaboration with marketing in developing and grow market share
• Synergize with aftersales and service workshop team to increase service penetration rate
• Accountable and monitor sales and warranty commitments / provisions
• Ensure all sales executives adopt Salesforce way of working
• Encourage sales team to adopt commercial crew of working
• Responsible to monitor all sales team to make use Salesforce diligently
• Execute daily sales activities including generating new leads and sales
• Plan & execute tactical sales plan
• Generate new contacts & businesses
• Explore new ideas & business opportunities
• Manage and maintain existing key accounts
• Provide product and engineering solutions
• Responsible for department account receivable & other department matters
• Analyze the market (potential and existing customers, competition activities)
• Manage salespersons’ activities (annual sales program, planning of promotional campaigns, review of reports, purchase orders, conversion rate, hit rate)
• Verify and approve customer orders (technical and financial validation)
• Organise team work for continuous development (quality, deadlines, prices, costs, health & safety), set targets, train, inform, communicate performance results, resolve difficulties through weekly meetings)
• Optimise department organisation (sectors, market surveys)
• Manage the team: recruitment, competence development, coaching, annual performance assessment meetings, proposals for promotion
• Prepare and agree with senior management annual activity budget
• Analyze monthly results and key performance indicators (volumes, market share) and prepare relevant action plans
• Analyze team performance, both individual and joint, utilizing key performance indicators, (market knowledge, successes, failures…)
• Communicate results and action plans to team and senior management on a regular basis.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing
• Formal training in leadership, communication and people skills
