• Conduct monthly stock balance reconciliation and yearly stocktake across all fulfillment centers.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of data through regular monitoring, issue identification, and corrective actions.
• Generate data analytics and reports on material master as necessary.
• Lead SOP documentation related to supply chain processes and material master maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvements in supply chain projects to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or equivalent, with at least 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines, and adeptly resolving unexpected issues.
• Exhibit a keen understanding of customer requirements, consistently delivering innovative solutions.
• Excel in navigating ambiguity and excel within a fast-paced work environment.
• Possesses advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite and demonstrates familiarity with export documentation for USA/EU/UK markets.
• Preferably proficient in SAP, NetSuite Oracle, and SAGE ACCPAC software.

Shipping Executive - Pioneer / Import / Export / FMCG Industry [3770]

• Working Days: Mon – Fri

• Working Hours: 8 am – 5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for shipping projects such as order processing, preparation of shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders, import/export documents, etc
• Conduct scheduling and coordination of all administrative and logistical related matters
• Deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur
• Generate invoices, delivery order and shipping documentation including Certificate of Origin/Beneficiary’s certificate & LC documents
• Coordinate to ensure smooth shipment and timely cargo collection
• Liaise with forwarders and supplier on import/direct shipment arrangement
• Follow up on export shipment documentation, customer payment, release credit limit block
• Perform stock count and maintain good inventory record
• Handle permit declaration via TradeNet
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with experience in import/export, Tradenet and knowledge in customs regulations
• Letter of Credit knowledge
