Responsibilities

· Fully responsible of all foreign workers transits

· Manage all timings or schedules punctually

· Coordinate and ensure smooth communications between Workers, Employer, and internal staff

· Coordination and administration of candidates’ medical checkup, and handover to new employers.

· Handle if any communications disputes cordially

· Responsible to take care of company vehicle (wash car, send for servicing)

· Administration and coordination support for roadshows including weekends.

· Generate AR (Debt Collections) reports for discussion, planning & review

· Responsible to achieve debt collection weekly target and monthly incentive

· Perform general clerical duties which include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing.
