This person will be someone who will help in supporting our Distribution targets and initiatives as well as oversee & influence a group of Agency Sales Managers or Directors. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support Distribution targets and initiatives and oversee and influence a group of Agency Sales Managers or Directors
- Achieve Distribution Production & Recruitment Targets
- Develop and Support Distribution Targets and Initiatives
- Develop and recommend appropriate initiatives to drive and achieve sales targets, business plan, and various project KPIs.
- Connect and influence key group of Sales Directors/Managers
WHO YOU ARE
- Must have M5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A, HI CMFAS papers
- Good BSC grading
- Clean compliance record with no complaints
- Prior experience engaging and managing agency team or agency managers
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Finance Industry, with at least 1 year in sales
- A good understanding of the FA market, product knowledge, and good analytical skills will be advantageous
