Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the FMCG sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Associate to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the organization/coordination of shipments
• Regularly place and receive orders for components and parts
• Oversee/Maintain the current stock levels of components and parts
• Generate/Submit the relevant monthly reports to key management stakeholders
• Examine/Verify invoices from the various vendors and stakeholders, and complete the invoicing process while acquiring shipping quotations
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Min 2 year of relevant logistics and supervisory experience
• Pass Customs Competency Test for Declarant is a Must
