• Position Title: Customer Service & Sales Support Executive
• Working Location: Paya Lebar
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for customers.
• Manage daily air and ocean freight requests (import/export), including creating detailed quotations for projects and cross-trade.
• Create solutions and competitive pricing for oversized cargo projects, container space, RFQs, and cross-border trucking between Singapore and Malaysia.
• Address inquiries for key accounts from diverse industries background.
• Respond to international requests and provide quotations as needed.
• Support the General Manager and Operations in overseeing customer service and sales assistance.

• Min 2 years of experience in handling Airfreight and/ or Ocean freight.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin language, to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics, including import, export, and cross-trade.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Description:

• Drive prime mover trucks to transport shipping containers from container ships to designated locations within the PSA Pasir Panjang terminal.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with no experience are welcome!

• PSLE pass in English language

• Bonus points for candidates who possess a Singapore Class 3/4 driving licence (We offer sponsorship for Class 3 driving licences.)**

• Safety-conscious and have a good driving record without significant violations or accidents

• No medical concern to handle shift schedules and working outdoors

• Day Shift: 7.30am - 7.30pm (meal break included)

Responsibilities

• Receive invoices, organize them according to delivery routes.
• Check and load goods at the warehouse.
• Collect orders from customers and notify the office to process them.
• Collect payments from customers, verify the amounts, and return them to the office.

Requirements

• Valid class 3 license with no demerit point.
• Bilingual in MANDARIN and ENGLISH to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to use company mobile applications, although training will be provided.
• Singaporean only.
