1. Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Working Location: Islandwide (Office in Bedok)
• Working Hours: 6 days (5 am - 11 am, 3 pm - 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of goods to customers
• Ensure company’s fleet of vehicles is maintained in top condition
• Comply with road & traffic rules while on duty
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Prefabricated Steel
• Position Title: Vehicle Mechanic (Forklift/Prime Mover/Trailer)
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm) / Sat (8 am - 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, and repair forklifts, Prime Movers, Lorries, and Trailers.
• Disassemble, overhaul, repair, and reassemble engines, transmissions, clutches, brakes, electrical systems, fuel systems, and other vehicle components.
• Perform scheduled equipment services, ranging from minor to major services.
• Utilize various tools, including precision instruments, welding equipment, shop machines, overhead hoists, and power tools, to make necessary adjustments and repairs.
• Complete all required internal paperwork accurately, including work orders, safety inspections, and timesheets.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or technical training in a related field.
• Relevant experience is desired.
• Possession of a Class 3 driver's license and forklift license.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
