1. JOB SUMMARY, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Liaise with owners, vessels and manning agents regarding the crew change planning
· Maintain schedule and carry through plans on crew change
· Check and approve monthly crew allotments and crew related payment invoices
· Monitor crew P&I claims
· Maintain and updating crew data
· Participate in Tanker Management Self-Assessment (TMSA) Audit to ensure compliance
· Any ad-hoc duties, project and activities as and when required
2. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
· Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent
· Seagoing certification is not a requirement but preferable
· Minimum 2 years of experience in crewing, managing crew planning and scheduling
· Good understanding of international marine shipping, CBA, ITF crew wages, IMO, MLC and STCW requirements
· Experience working in a similar position with a ship management company would be an
added advantage
· Good communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Pleasant personality and able to work independently
