• Responsible for the administrative support of Sourcing Department, including coordination of regulatory documentation requests, preparing purchasing documents and coordination and input of assigned purchasing database.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests - process and tract requests, expedite documents and samples, ensure all requests are fulfilled.
• Prepare assigned administrative duties such as raising QAFs, Sample POs and etc.
• Update assigned purchasing databases such as ICC new codes.
