KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

Job Description

• Provide and develop sales quotations based on proposed designs
• Propose creative and workable ideas or solutions to clients
• Able to present design ideas clearly to both internal and external stakeholders such as clients, vendors etc
• Lead and follow through the projects from conceptualisation to completion
• Take initiative in following up with clients on the progress of the projects and vendors on the progress status
• Expected to play project supervision role and able to go into cost negotiation with both clients and vendors
• Able to bring in consistent and steady sales figures
• Prepare proper documentation for submission to relevant authorities
• Up to $5000 or even more depending on projects
• Experience at least 3 years and above

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with clients and our team to brainstorm and develop fresh design concepts that capture the essence of each event
Bring your creative flair to life by designing everything from eye-catching signage and banners to digital assets and promotional materials
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure your designs exceed their expectations. Present your ideas confidently and adapt based on feedback Juggle multiple design projects while keeping everything on track. Ensure timely delivery
Make sure all design align with brand guidelines, creating a cohesive look and feel across all event materials.
Review your work (and others!) to ensure every detail is on point and visually stunning before submitting for approval
Mentor junior designers, offering guidance and support as they grow their skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure everything comes together flawlessly
Stay in the know about the latest design trends and tools. Bring new ideas to the table that elevate the client's event
Work with project managers to keep your designs within budget.

What We're Looking For:

Experienced in graphic design, preferably in events or marketing
A portfolio that showcases your design and creativity
Strong communication skills and a knack for collaboration
Skillfully juggling multiple projects while keeping your cool and creativity flowing Passion for design trends and a drive to push creative boundaries

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs and concepts.
• Required to work closely with the operations team to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner.
• Must play an active role in providing creative ideas.
• Must participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes.
• Participate in meetings as and when required for specific projects.
• Follow through the projects from beginning to the end ensuring the highest quality standards.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the event, interior design or exhibi- tion industries.
• Proficient in Studio Max, Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD.
• Creative individual with good design flair.
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
