Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in graphic design, visual communication or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• Experience in photography and editing skills are added advantage.
• Knowledge of trade marketing, print production process and file preparation for printing.
• Proficient in designing software (eg: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.)
• Experience with 3D modelling software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, will be highly advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to communicate ideas, concepts and feedback to cross-functional team members.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work closely with marketer, product marketers, sales team and other stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight timeline in a fast paced environment.

- Take instructions from Directors & manage execution of project

- Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and requirements

- Communicate effectively with client & team in order to address client's needs- Prepare presentations with the team for client's review

- Prepare tender drawings & documents with the team for contractors to quote

- Assess contractors' quotations & manage construction contract

- Source & procure Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) with the team

Qualifications

- Relevant degree in Interior Design or Architecture

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup & Photoshop

- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial interior or architectural practice
