What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and conceptualize interior design ideas for various hospitality projects, including hotels, serviced apartments, and communal dwellings.
• Produce detailed design presentations, mood boards, and renderings to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure alignment of design concepts with project specifications and feasibility.
• Stay updated on current trends, materials, and finishes in the design and construction industry to keep abreast of innovation and trends.
• Prepare comprehensive design specifications, including FF&E, and oversee procurement and installation processes.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate existing conditions and ensure that design concepts are executed according to specifications and quality standards.
