Smallwood is an International Design firm headquartered in Atlanta, USA which is complemented by a thriving Design office in Singapore. Within this office, our firm contains a seasoned group of design professionals providing innovative and leading design services for hospitality, residential, office and master planning projects.

We are looking to grow our core design team by the addition of young and keen Junior Interior Design staff who are willing to work hard, listen and learn and ultimately contribute across the board in our office. Our office has a specific emphasis on Hospitality, so we are a good fit for any young potential designer wishing to get into the Hospitality market and learn design on the international stage. From our Singapore office we work Internationally, including markets in Southeast Asia, India, The Middle East, and Africa.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assistance to produce a full the scope of ID documentation from presentation to technical documents.

· Able to work and contribute to a team environment.

· Willing to step up as needed and take ownership of meeting deadlines and delivery schedules.

· Must be creative, open-minded, and imaginative.

· Familiarity with Sketch-up 3D modelling will be an advantage.

Qualifications / Skills:

· Fully versed in AutoCAD, photoshop, sketch-up and In-design a must.

· Experience in some basic REVIT is a bonus.

· Any Hospitality design experience will have added advantage.

· Effective interpersonal skills

· Excellent time management and organization skills

· Keen attention to detail and an astute design sense

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture

· Minimum of 3 years of working experience

Salary Range:

· SGD 3,000 to 3,500

• Review your work (and others!) to ensure every detail is on point and visually stunning before submitting for approval
• Mentor junior designers, offering guidance and support as they grow their skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure everything comes together flawlessly
• Stay in the know about the latest design trends and tools. Bring new ideas to the table that elevate the client's event
• Work with project managers to keep your designs within budget.

Responsibilities

• Create a wide range of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, brochures, and other promotional materials. Creation of marketing and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.
• Design for both digital and print formats, ensuring that assets are optimized for various platforms such as social media and printed collateral.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Graphic Design or relevant field.
