• Recognized Degree in Architecture;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience running BIM projects;
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices;
• Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programmes such as Microstation, Revit, Photoshop and Sketchup;
• Flair in design, ability to sketch fast and produce good design concepts;
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall design of projects, including conceptual design, schematic design, and construction drawings

- Lead and guide the design team to ensure timely project completion

- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve design skills

- Participate in all phases of the project to ensure design quality and effectiveness

- Develop and execute project plans, managing design progress and costs

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, and familiarity with advanced technologies for creating animations and live video content is a plus. Candidates must be pursuing a diploma or university degree in Graphic Design or a related field and be ready to start immediately for a minimum of 3 months.
