Job Description:

• Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with UX designers to develop and implement User Experience processes and guidelines with a user-centric mindset
• Work with product owners during product inception to understand requirements
• Conduct focus groups and usability testing with users to improve the product
• Develop empathy for users to create products that are both usable and aesthetically pleasing, applying principles of design, color theory, and typography

• Create animations, motion solutions, and interactive demos

Required Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Software Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Skilled in communicating ideas through various methods, including storytelling, storyboards, and mood boards
• Proficient in typography, iconography, color, space, and texture in design
• Stay up to date with design trends to keep designs fresh and relevant
• Knowledge of front-end/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design is a plus

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, motion graphic, layout for posters, social media, Window Design and utilizing brand guidelines, to produce and implements what you design to the real world. The role also involves working closely with the team, and provide feedback when necessary, production, installation, deployment and photo report of what we designed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in our field.
• Proficiency in Adobe softwares (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality handmade items
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in large format printing and offset printing is a plus
• Knowledge of 3D design and visualization tools is beneficial (training and guidance will be provided for those aren't familiar with it)
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
