Qualification & Responsibilites

• University Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience performing system support and java programming with Java/J2EE/JSP/MS SQL/Oracle
• Advantageous to have experience in supporting banking applications, IBM FileNet/Content Navigator/Case Manager, Suntec Pricing and Product Bundling
• Deployment of applications or patches in IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Familiar with Windows, AIX Servers commands.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
• Good in troubleshooting production issues.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, GITHUB, Eclipse.
• Very good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the Project Team in understanding client requirements and how they translate in application features
• Collaborate with the Team to set specifications for new / existing applications
• Participate in incident management and change requests
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications when required
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features Work with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements
• Work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases.

Critical Success Factors

Mandatory

• Prior hands-on experience in Pega Development (preferably 24 months or more)

Good to have but not a must

• Experience in executing project releases on Pega PRPC BPM platform.
• Exposure in executing large BPM engagements through the complete SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience in PEGA technical and architecture with broad industry and functional knowledge
• PEGA certified i.e. SA, SSA, LSA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA IDP Developer and Analyst to design, develop, and optimize automated workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess processes, define automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation:

Design, build, and deploy RPA bots using tools like ElectroNeek RPA/IDP/ BPM. Prior experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, Gleematic, Cyclone, Laiye is a plus.

Configure and optimize IDP solutions for data extraction from unstructured and semi-structured documents (e.g., invoices, forms, and contracts) using platforms like Open AI IDP, FlexiCapture, UiPath Document Understanding, or Hyperscience.

Integrate RPA bots with IDP tools and other enterprise systems to enable end-to-end automation.

Develop custom scripts or APIs to extend the functionality of RPA and IDP tools as needed.

Analysis and Design:

# Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing workflows and business processes.

# Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the potential ROI of automation projects.

# Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation workflows.

# Develop process maps and documentation for existing workflows to streamline automation design.

Testing and Optimization:

# Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of RPA bots and IDP solutions.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

# Proficiency in RPA tools (Electroneek, Gleematic, Laiye,Cyclone,UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Experience with IDP platforms (Kofax, UiPath Document Understanding, or Hyperscience).

Strong knowledge of Python, .NET, or Java for custom scripting.

C#, VB, MS Excel, MS Office Familiarity with OCR technologies and AI/ML models for document processing.

Understanding of APIs, web services, and system integration concepts.

Soft Skills:

Experience:

0 to 2+ years of experience in RPA development and/or process analysis.

Preferred Certifications:

Minimum 4 years’ professional development experience as Drupal PHP Web application developer.
