We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounts and Administrative Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Invoice Management: Generate and process e-invoices on the NTUC portal.

Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage AR updates and knock-offs.

Cash Handling: Collect, count, and report daily cash collections.

General Journal and Payment Journal Entries

Mail Management: Check and manage incoming mail

Banking: Deposit cheques and cash sales as needed.

Cheque Records: Log cheques from drivers.

Accounts Payable (AP): Enter and reconcile invoices.

Document Management: Scan and save documents.

Expense Tracking: Track and report expenses for approval.

Vehicle Management: Handle administrative forms and cashcard topups for delivery trucks

And any other adhoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn & work independently
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with platforms like Lark, NTUC portal and Microsoft Dynamic 365 is a plus.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Position: Manager in Accounts & Administration

· Full sets of accounting inclusive of monthly closing of accounts and office administration for Singapore office.

· Preparation & disbursement of Salary for Singapore and Indonesia employees & fulfilment of required compliances.

· Income tax and CPF deductions as per the government guidelines and remittances to appropriate authorities.

· Maintaining of employee’s data/ Personal records / leave records/ daily attendance etc.

· Complete checking of bills / expenses statements received from project site, passing & accounting thereof.

· Fund Management as disbursed to you in including vouchers, receipts, invoices/bills and any other accounts related documents.

· Monthly bank reconciliations for both Singapore and Indonesia office.

· Follow the instruction/guidance from WOG group offices in respect of Finance & Accounts.

· Preparation of Purchase Orders and its corresponding documents and keep it hand for easy access.

· Inter- Company reconciliation on monthly basis.

· Providing MIS on monthly basis, including Profit and loss, Revenue, AR/AP agings etc.

· Inter-audits of any group company as and when required at discretion of the management
