Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting functions / operation activities such as data entry, process payment ( Cheque / Online / Bank remittance to overseas ) and check to ensure accuracy of payment and accounts records.
- Perform daily collection & receipts reconciliation.
- Handle sales invoicing and assist in month end closing of account including accounts payable / receivable.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal filing.
- Assist in any other task as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- At least LCCI, Diploma or related field in Accounting is a plus
- Preferable Chinese candidate ( age from 25 to 35 )
- Preferably with 3 years accounting experience and above.
- Proficiency in English / Mandarin / Malay .
- Computer literate / Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and accounting software.
- Quick learner, proactive, diligent, good interpersonal skills and working attitude.
- Abe to work under pressure, independently and efficiently.
- Must possess own transport.
