Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, develop and implement growth strategies, identify event and brand partnership opportunities.
- Inventory Management and Food Safety: Regularly check inventory and food safety standards, optimize management processes.
- Staff Management: Create schedules, supervise staff performance, handle absences and emergencies, ensure training is up to date.
- Health and Safety Management: Conduct health and safety inspections, provide relevant training.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, provide equipment usage training.
- Interdepartmental Communication and Coordination: Communicate with other departments, collaborate to solve issues.
- Customer Relationship Management: Address customer feedback and delivery platform order issues, maintain good customer relations.
- Emergency Handling: Respond promptly to emergencies, develop emergency plans
