Responsibilities :
- Processing payment and prepare cheque
- Supporting Accountant in data entry and information gather for reports purpose
- Daily accounting duties including AR / AP functions
- Prepare monthly accounts schedules
- Input of all accounting entries to the accounting system
- Attending to Creditors' enquires Support audit-related activities
- Proper filing and documentation of records Data entry and assisting with administrative support.
- Any other ad-hoc work instructed by superior for account related matters
Requirements :
• Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience and preferably with experience in construction companies would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong commitment and dedication to strict adherence to reporting deadlines
• Ability to work independently and meticulously with high level of motivation
