SUMMARY

As an operator transporting cargo to over >110 airports across Asia, we are at the frontlines of this large, but unsexy space. Teleport is a leading player in the end-to-end air logistics industry, specializing in First-Mile and Last-Mile services, as well as Customs Clearance operations. We are committed to delivering seamless and efficient logistics solutions to our clients, ensuring their cargo reaches its destination “Never on time, always early”. To support our growth and maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking a Resource Planning Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a Resource Planning Executive, you will play a critical role in optimizing our resource allocation, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with various teams, including but not limited to Operations, and Commercial to manage resources effectively, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. In essence, your role is to put the right resources at the right place at the right time.

SALARY RANGE: SGD 2800 - SGD 4200


A Day in the Life..

Sourcing, Onboarding & Training: sourcing, onboarding & training of crowdsourced or outsourced last mile drivers, in-house or outsourced first mile drivers by way of Social Media or other means.

Resource Allocation: Allocate human, equipment, and material resources to various First-Mile, Last-Mile, and customs clearance projects efficiently, taking into consideration demand, capacity, and cost efficiency.

Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment, materials, and supplies. Execute procurement to ensure timely replenishment when necessary.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations commercial & strategy, to align resource planning with overall business objectives, while driving cross-functional efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure that all resource planning activities adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards

Backend Support: back-end support for non-operational matters, i.e. Driver Payout Statements, Driver Account changes to drivers Driver Community Engagement: feedback gathering from drivers regarding app issues, payment issues, rate disputes, & general feedback to make the driver experience better Performance Monitoring & Management: monitor driver performance in-line with SLA & service quality requirements and manage performance recommendations to management as necessary.

These are the minimum skill requirements and a ‘must-have’ for this role:

  • Strong people management skills to deal with a large and diverse driver community
  • Is resourceful and a fast thinker – able to solve problems on-the-go and adapt quickly
  • Possess a hands-on mentality and an analytical and structured way of working
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization to scale quickly
  • Self-motivated with a focus to exceed set goals
  • Detail oriented with a knack of spotting the little little things
  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies


These are the minimum educational requirements for this role:

  • “N” or “O” Levels


These are skills that are ‘nice-to-have’ and will make you stand-out in the job application:

  • Multilingual → Malay & any Chinese dialect
  • Strong knowledge of driver/fleet management
