- Industry/ Organization Type: Accounting & Secretarial Service Provider
- Position Title: IT Support Team Lead (Accounting / Inventory Software)
- Working Location: East - Macpherson
- Working Hours: 5 days / Monday-Friday: 8.30 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 5000 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, including conducting application training to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, user access, and component configuration problems
- Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
- Analyze user requirements, determine potential problem areas and propose solutions to enhance existing Accounting and inventory solutions
- Preparation of technical specifications; including flowchart for the programming team
- Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application

- Diploma in Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 3 years of working experience in implementation, training & technical support of accounting or inventory software
- Essential Skills: Accounting, Citrix, Fortinet, Hyper-V, Inventory management, remote desktop, maintenance and troubleshooting window servers
