Job Description
· To develop and implement investment financing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
· Support the team in the execution of corporate finance transactions, due diligence, research.
· Assist in negotiations and the structuring of investment deals to optimize financial outcomes for the company.
· Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and presentations to support investment decisions.
· Perform documentation and translation works, as well as maintaining financial and market databases
· Participate in drafting and verification meetings, notes taking and follow up on discussion issues, liaison works
· Perform preparation of presentation materials for pitching the potential investors and government organisation.
· Lead in the project of valuation engagements performed by valuers
· Producing and analysing financial models and assessing commercial data which underlie financial forecasts
· Assist to build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
· Coordinate investor events, such as earnings calls, roadshows, and investor conferences.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact investor relations activities.
· Assist other department e.g. R&D and finance department to perform preliminary market research on decision making on R&D direction.
Requirements
· Related academic qualifications in a numerate/financial/business discipline.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
· Have at least 2-6 year relevant working experience.
· Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively; ·
· Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese; ·
· Be a team-player with a demonstrated track record of working effectively in a team; · Demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter that takes pride in his/her work, with a track record of professional and academic excellence; ·
· Possess strong quantitative skills with the ability to understand financial statements and build financial models; ·
· Have strong research and analytical skills and be able to see things from a holistic perspective, identify key messages and piece together transaction related materials such as pitch books, briefs and profiles, teasers and information memorandums with minimal guidance;
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office ·
