- Salary: Up to $4500
- Working Hours: 9 - 6pm, 5 days workweek
Job Scope:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Track and report on cost savings achieved through procurement activities.
- Monitor and manage contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Work closely with other departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven 1 -2 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of procurement principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
