Responsibilities:
Finance Administration
· Support financial and accounts reporting, cashflow management, tax matters, facilitate payment flows to/from HQ and/or inter-company, etc
· Liaise with vendors (including bankers, auditors, recruitment agencies, marketing vendors, etc) for finance, HR and other admin/corporate matters
· Manage office premises maintenance including agreement, leasing, usage etc
HR & Administration
· Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities, on-board/off-board, orientation and foreign worker work pass application
· Manage employees’ compensation and benefits, including monthly payroll, staff claims and CPF processes and annual IRAS submissions
· Administrator for HR Portal, Policies and Guidelines, HRIS and E-claim systems. Review policies periodically to be in line with the labour legislations and future business needs
· Support trademark renewal in Singapore
· Support organizational requirements to fulfill sustainability matters
· General support for event coordination, corporate gifts, meeting/training and business travel arrangements
· Attend to periodic and ad-hoc matters as needed
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in related functions
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficiently use Microsoft Office, financial software and tools, such as accounting software and spreadsheet applications
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of financial and local employment regulations and compliance
