Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the incumbent is required to provide administrative and follow-up support in relation to the hotel refurbishment project.
Job Responsibility:
- Provide full support in the phase completion focusing on snagging data entry
- Consolidate and compile updates and information required for each phase(s) and floor(s) for verification by the Chief Engineer
- Communicate via email distribution upon each verification phase on follow-up actions to the Project Team, Corporate and Owner Representative
- Consistently update of the snagging list upon each rectification work performed by the contractor(s)
- Provide administrative assistance to the Project Administrator as assigned by the Chief Engineer
Job Requirement:
- Well verse in basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Able to cope well in a past pace environment
- Ability to complete assigned task within provided timeline
- Fast learner
- Candidate whom is able to commence work in short notice would be an added advantage
This is a temporary position with full staff benefit for the period up to August 2024.
