About the Role
We are looking out for a self-motivated and result-oriented HR Admin Executive to be part of our Retail Corporate Services with the key responsibilities covering the general HR spectrum as follows:
Responsibilities:
General Human Resource
- Develop and maintain positive work culture that fosters employee engagement and well-being by designing and implementing strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and commitment i.e. CSR/wellness initiatives/events
- Consolidate and analyze HR data and statistics gathered from multiple sources to identify trends and make future predictions; interpret data and communicate key findings.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Spearhead new hires onboarding initiatives and support with the onboarding process for new hires, which includes conducting orientation sessions
- Support in amplifying company’s presence & outreach to develop massive talent pipeline
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Office Management
- Manage office maintenance activities; aircon/cleaning standards/pantry and office supplies
- Coordinate local and overseas mails/courier arrangements
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor Degree holder
- Possess at least 3 years of work-related experience in Retail/FMCG industry
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
- Strong fluency in English is a must and other Asian language is a plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team
- Comfortable with ambiguity and receptive to learn new things – this is part of the fun!
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
