- Actively source and to acquire new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visits
- Take ownership to respond and follow up promptly to prospect inquiries and requests to understand their needs
- Being a team player and working effectively with team and internal departments to provide product information and support as and when required.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic progress reports and updates and present monthly sales performance to the management team.
- Foster close relationships with customers and industry contacts to be aligned with market on-goings and trends and market situation to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels, especially social media that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
