Senior Sales Executive / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Ironman Pest Control Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the pest control services industry. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The position requires a proactive & highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.




Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Research and identify potential clients in the target market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' pest control needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting pest control services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Education: PSLE & N Level and above.
  • Experience: Will be good if you have track record in sales and business development, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
  • Experience in selling services to commercial and residential clients.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits. (Preferred)
  • Only Chinese & English speaking . ( Preferred )
