JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting job advertisements and job postings on various job portals
- Pre-screen, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to job requirements
- Conduct candidates’ interviewing either F2F/phone/video conferencing
- Scheduling and coordinating all interviews between job applicants and hiring managers
- Administering of contracts
- Resumes’ database management
- Develop & maintain a strong network with active and passive candidates
- Prepare and submit weekly report and updates to stakeholders
- Client management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Positive, with good initiative
- IT savvy
- With or without CEI (Basic) Licence
- Training will be provided for individual who has no related experience
