Responsibilities
Quality Executive / Senior Quality Executive will manage the following areas together with a team
- Clinical Governance, standards and policies
- Clinical Risk Management
- Quality Improvement
- Quality Assurance
- Infection Prevention and Control
- Data management
- Education and training in Clinical Quality and Patient Safety
- Other projects assigned by the HOD / Manager.
Requirements:
- Basic General Nursing Certificate / Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree related to the healthcare setting.
- Experience as a Registered / Staff Nurse or allied health in community care sector or acute care
- Certificate/Diploma in Infection Prevention and Control (APSIC) is an advantage
- IHI - CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) is an advantage
- Training Certificates in Improvement Tools (CPIP, 6 Sigma, LEAN, VSM,) is an advantage
- Experience in Infection Prevention and Control is an advantage
- Experience in clinical quality or patient safety related work is an advantage
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good people management skills
