Responsibilities:
- Report to Supervisor regarding on-site repairs and/or maintenance calls and upon job completion and collect next assigned work order
- Conduct service and repair work in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines
- Complete a minimum average number of site calls per day
- Verify mechanical faults, replacement of spare parts and repairs
- Ensure that necessary works are completed satisfactorily before seeking customer’s acknowledgement on the service job done
- Understand daily work targets, completed jobs and sales of parts
- Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly, and that repairs and maintenance are effective
- Ensure that on-site work safety requirements are complied with at all times
- Maintain workshop cleanliness
- Assist in ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum NTC2 or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of industrial equipment / automotive repair experience
- Experience with pneumatic air control and hydraulic press maintenance preferred
- Candidates with Class 3 Driving Licence and possess AutoCAD skills will be at an advantage
- Support multiple customers islandwide
- Able to work overtime when necessary
