Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible to administer day to day HR operations to ensure daily processes & operational requests are attended to.
* Assist the Payroll team where necessary
* Oversee dormitory matters as & when required
* Ad-hoc HR/Admin tasks as assigned by the HR HOD
* Work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
* Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
* Administration of workmen compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc
* Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs
Requirement:
* At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as a HR generalist or recruiter (Recruitment, Payroll, Work Passes).
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma
* Experience with WPOL/EPOL systems.
* Able to work in a dynamic environment & adaptable to changes
* Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
