Our client, an established European Based MNC in the consumer Electronics industry, is seeking a passionate candidate to join the growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the recruitment process e.g. arrange interviews with candidates, collection of candidate’s documents etc
- Help to prepare new hires’ employment contracts, onboarding documents
- Data entry of relevant information into the system
- Handle office administration duties as required
- Other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
