Adecco is collaborating with an award-winning Automation company in search of a HR Assistant to join their expanding team!
Your new role
You will be responsible for payroll and supporting HR Administrative and Employee Data Management:
- Manage payroll, leave management and taking ownership of the payroll process and contributing to its continuous improvement.
- Handle administration and employee data management matters.
- Manage recruitment matters related to interns.
- Support the entire recruitment process, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, offboarding, and orientation.
- Manage data related to leave and claims in the HRIS.
- Support the performance appraisal process and activities related to compensation and benefits.
- Handle childcare leave claim submission and tracking.
- Assist in work pass matters, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Address and resolve employee queries.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma/degreee in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar fields.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
- Mandarin speakers to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
