The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving leads, generating sales, and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, webinars and podcast that attracts and converts our target groups
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing initiative
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Qualifications:
- Social media and EDM experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in a relevant area.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the corporate training or consulting industry
- Proven track record of success in driving click rates, marketing to sales conversion, and brand awareness
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is required additional language skills a plus.
