Key Responsibilities:
1. Invoice Management and Payments:
• Process and manage the issuance and receipt of invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and receipts.
2. Record Keeping and Reconciliation:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that financial transactions are properly and timely posted.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
3. Financial Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the analysis and review of financial data to ensure accuracy.
4. Budget Assistance:
• Assist in the preparation and management of organizational budgets.
• Monitor actual spending against budget and help identify variances.
5. Audit Support:
• Provide necessary assistance during internal and external audits.
• Prepare and organize required documents and records for audit purposes.
