Purpose of Role
Taking the responsibility as one of the management members in Transaction Banking business in region, and also take a HOD role of Planning and Administration team in charge of Strategic planning, Risk and Compliance management
Main Responsibilities
Strategic
· Develop and lead the regional Transaction Banking strategy to align with Bank's global and regional direction/vision
· Liaise and collaborate with other stakeholders within the bank across regions and business units
· Establish and manage strategy for Risk and compliance in Transaction banking business.
Financial
· Responsible for all TBOA BSC/KPI including revenue, volume, expense, and HC management as well.
Customer
· Support business in terms of strategy, administration, middle and operation, and also risk and compliance management.
People
· Responsible for managing, developing and rewarding the team
· Responsible for continuous improvement in employee engagement
· Works closely with HR for people related agenda – performance management, compensation, talent management, engagement, recruitment etc.
Other/ Control
· Effectively manage and mitigate risk within the division
· Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
· Planning experience at BU level
· Experience in Risk management, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Credit, and HR system.
· More than 10 years Sales or planning experience in RM or TB.
· Knowledge about TB Cash and Trade including technical matter.
· Treasury knowledge to understand ALM.
· Minimum level of knowledge for System and its investment, Digital, Banking System, Data base system.
· Degree-holder
· More than 15 year experience in bank
· Due to frequent interaction with the Tokyo Office and Transaction Banking Tokyo Branch, proficiency in Japanese Language is required.
