- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and business development plan to expand market presence and achieve sales targets for OSAT, SMT, and Semiconductor Products.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the semiconductor industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our OSAT, SMT, and Semiconductor Products and solutions.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer requirements, and provide valuable insights to internal teams for product development and improvement.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and business development opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the semiconductor field, with a specific focus on backend assembly processes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree / Master in any engineering field or any equivalent
- Min 2 years of related sales experience in Semiconductor industry (backend assembly and packaging preferred)
- Good product knowledge of any semiconductors product will be added advantages
- Strong communication and presentation skill.
- Proactive, result-oriented and possess good initiative.
