Role Purpose
- This role to be perform assigned basic site Quantity Surveying activities with administrative of Site Instruction(SI) and Timesheet Management Systems(TMS) application who will the super administrator to managing the SI/TMS applications.
- Responsible for coordinate with SI/TMS system developer to ensure system requirements.
- Coordinate with our internal IT / Digital & Analytics team of the system safety requirements.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders e.g Construction, Commissioning and Procurement (FSR) related timesheet requirements.
- Create data management of SI/TMS system logical sequences.
- Safe keeping project / system backend coding liaising with SI/TMS system developer.
Key Accountability
- Responsible for collecting Timesheet requirements and formats from the traditional methods.
- Thoroughly understand of the “pain points” of traditional manual timesheet methods and list out.
- Identify issues of the manual method of timesheet / data received from Subcontractors and related errors. This error would help to build the effective TMS digital platform to avoid errors and double-dipping manhours.
- Setting up Digital Timesheet logics of Subcontractor’s log-in and submission standards, MODEC’s approver logics with appropriate constraints within the TMS Application.
- Close coordination with TMS application developer to design & build of the TMS application.
- Assisting on system SIT / UAT process and list out the bugs to fix the system error.
- Ensure the system development with logical features in place liaising with end user of the application.
- Coordination with system developer and end user for roll out the system per agreed timeline / roadmap.
- Organizing project pilot live providing with an appropriate user training.
- Ensuring project Go-Live and administrating the SI /TMS systems as Super Admin.
- Managing project data and configure the system in accordance with project requirements yard / scopes wise and provide access to the Subcontractor and MODEC Users at yard level.
- System troubleshooting and rise ticket if any system error found and fixing the system issues in timely manner.
Technical Competencies
- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, C#, ASP.Net, VB, C, C++ and JavaScript, VBScript, Python and tools including of Visual Studio, SQL
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering /any IT Related Bachelor Degree;
- Advance Certificate in Software & Application / Fresh Diploma Graduates is an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 of Experiences in IT or Software coding, Programming / Design & Build system applications
