- Remuneration Package: Up to $8800 + AWS
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop business cases, user stories, and requirements documentation to support project initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis and findings.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process/ product improvement and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is desirable.
