You will provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients for the Radiology department. Your role will involve registration and scheduling of appointments for patients and collecting of payments from patients.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’/ 'N' Level Experience in healthcare, hospitality or frontline customer service will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to perform 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays (1st shift: 7.30am to 4.30pm/ 2nd shift: 12pm to 9pm)
