AlphaVI, one of the 8VI Global start-up entity is looking for a Community and Event Executive.

Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Execution for our Community members
- Planning and executing all events relating to sales, promotion and fulfilment with excellent customer service.
- Detail-oriented and focused on creating great customer experiences while maximising resources.
- Initiate, manage and maintain high customer engagement with our community
2. Support for our Community Activities:
- Address all customer and community enquiries and concerns accurately, politely and efficiently through various communication methodologies, including phone calls, messages, emails or face-to-face.
- Provide the necessary logistics support for our community Activities
- Set up, manage and maintain any equipment needed with care and professionalism, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Efficiently arrange and maintain a schedule of booking for our community
3. Administrative Tasks
- Monitor, maintain and alert when necessary on the inventory of our products.
- Perform filing and other administrative tasks as required or assigned.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the space.
4. Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties that may arise due to our business operations.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English and preferably able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
2. Energetic and a team player.
3. Possess good complexion with excellent customer service skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
1.Polytechnic or University degree. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
