Your Responsibilities
Event Operations Management
- Responsible to support the Senior Events Manager in event management activities
- Provide support for both in-person and digital events where necessary
- Work closely with the Events team on event delivery and logistics
- Source for vendors for the Events team
- Liaise with vendors and exhibitors during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Manage delegates of the event and ensuring that all necessary data is received
- Assist the Event team with event execution on-site
- Assist in administration items for the Event Operations team
Customer Service
- Responsible for assisting in customer enquiries and support where needed
- Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to provide administrative support where needed
Requirements:
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Keen and fast learner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen interest in growing in the Digital and Live event industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
